Question 3

Are you available 24/7?

Accepted Answer

YES. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You can call us at any time of the day or night, including at 3am.

Question 4

How long before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

For pre-booked transport, we aim to arrive at the agreed time. If you are experiencing a breakdown, our usual arrival time is approximately 30–60 minutes, although actual response times can vary according to traffic and current demand.

Question 5

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our services cover accident recovery, breakdown assistance, emergency towing and general towing, along with vehicle, machinery and shipping container transport.

Our specialist fleet includes wheel-lift tow trucks, tilt tray trucks and wrecker vehicles, allowing us to safely move cars, caravans, trucks, machinery, goods and shipping containers up to 20 feet.

We are available around the clock throughout Perth, Mandurah, Bunbury and nearby regional towns. For transport jobs, we can travel throughout Western Australia, including northern WA and as far south as Esperance.

Question 6

Are you an insured and qualified tow operator?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We operate with the appropriate Western Australian licences, insurance and equipment necessary to provide professional towing and transport services.

Our Perth-based drivers are experienced and highly trained, helping ensure vehicles, machinery, equipment and other goods are handled carefully throughout the job.

Every tow truck in our fleet is also equipped with dash cam video recording to provide a record should a road incident occur.

Question 7

Do you handle difficult or complex towing jobs?

Accepted Answer

Some towing jobs can become considerably more challenging once our driver arrives at the location. We have experience dealing with restricted access, low-clearance and height-limited areas such as multi-storey car parks, as well as vehicles that are immobilised or positioned awkwardly.

We assess the situation carefully and select an appropriate towing method and equipment to complete the recovery safely.

Question 8

Can I travel with my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, generally you can travel with your vehicle. Where sufficient room is available and doing so is considered safe, our driver can usually accommodate you in the tow truck while your vehicle is transported.

Question 9

How do I get a transport quote?

Accepted Answer

Requesting a transport quote is straightforward. Call our Perth team on 0420 122 797 or submit our online enquiry form. Providing your pickup and destination addresses, vehicle or equipment information and any special requirements will help us prepare an accurate quote.

We offer free, competitive quotes with straightforward pricing. Urgent towing can also be organised promptly, while scheduled transport can be arranged throughout Perth and Western Australia.
